This unique fundraising idea helps your local school PTA or church organizations raise thousands of dollars by selling energy efficient, ENERGY STAR® qualified Compact Fluorescent Light bulbs (CFLs) and luxury Conservation Massage Shower heads. At RBC Utilities we believe that water conservation and engery conservation should be easy and fun, therefore there are never any cost associated with the conservation fundraiser. We provide all of the materials you need for free. Below is the basic process that makes it so easy.

  1. Get Your Free Report - Complete our Free signup form (no commitment) and RBC Utilities can provide with a personalized report for your School PTA or organization. The report will provide you with estimated impacts on the environment and projected funds raised based on your organization information.
  2. Introduce the Concept and Set a Date - Meet with your local PTA or church organization and present them with your custom report showing not only how a water and energy conservation fundrasier will help the environment, but how much money will be rasied. for your Water and Energy Conservation Fundraiser
  3. Download the materials - We provide a host of online resources to help you with your fundraiser. Everything from handouts introducing the fundraiser to a final tally sheet to add up your success and place your order.
  4. Sell the high quality conservation products - Start your selling and encourarge participants to have fun, be safe, and educate their community of the positive environmental impact provided by the fundraiser. Remember everbody wins when conserving water and energy. Keep consistant communication and remind participants of sales goals. Remind participants when taking orders to collect checks up front, made payable to your school, PTA, or organization. Do not forget Sales and Use Tax if applicable in your area.
  5. Collect and Tally Profits - When your water and energy conservation fundraising campaign ends, simply collect all Order Forms and funds. Complete the Tally Worksheet and calculate your profit! RBC Utilities will provide you with all of the distribution materials, but you will want to have copies of the orders for your records.
  6. Place Your Order ! - Simply mail your final Tally Worksheet with copies of the Order Forms to RBC Utilities LLC. Your order will arrive within a few weeks, with all of the distribution materials included. However, be sure to keep a copy of the orders forms for your records. Your order will be shipped to you within a few weeks.
